getting started in building muscle

i've always been asking by my friends how did I GAIN from 75 kg to 83 in just a month and half...at first time i'always asked myself how did the natural bodybuilder can gain a massive amount of muscle in just a month or less...well the secret  depands on their workout and meal plans and of course recuperations time...their workout depends on their reps, weight, technic, rest time..that i'll explain next time since this is my first time and my first trial using this blog..next time i'll be adding some articles and pictures with more informations..
